The Proof Is In The Story.

Client
A global leader in cloud-based media solutions, empowering content owners, broadcasters, and streaming platforms to deliver personalized, scalable TV experiences.

Problem
As the company goes through a rapid phase of growth, there is a need to cultivate the next layer of leadership to navigate growth. This leadership will need to inspire their team and the organization, while being the cultural ambassadors for the company internally and externally.

Solution
Zebu has conducted 4 cohort-based storytelling workshops for this global cohort across product, engineering, sales, marketing and finance. These workshops bring storytelling frameworks, the science of storytelling, real world analysis and appreciation of storytelling, and application of storytelling frameworks and toolkit to real world situations.

Impact
Leaders who have gone through the workshops now lead the storytelling for sharing how the company’s values are lived. They have experienced the power of storytelling and how it can be used by them to become better leaders. They have frameworks and toolkits that they apply for their communication. They have created a bank of stories – their personal stories as well as organization stories – which they use to persuade their stakeholders.

This is a great course for anyone wanting to learn both the art and science of storytelling. The course has a strong practical component, that hones your learning. The teachers are fantastic!
